  : Convenient from the freeway, we stayed in an upstairs room and it was quiet during the night.
  : It's good for the quick overnight we needed it for. It is a motel and older, not for a long term stay.

  : Hotel is well-situated and out of 8 nights, this was the most comfortable bed we had. We had two rooms reserved and unfortunately in one room, we discovered 2 hairy little worms in our bed. We alerted staff in the morning and were told a supervisor would call us - they didn't. They accommodated a disability request for a first floor room and breakfast room was clean. Pool was clean and accessible, and parking was plentiful.

  : Customer service is a 10/10. The office closes at 10 pm, but I notified them I was arriving 10-11pm and they called me around 8pm to confirm information and checking process. I was also advised to get something for dinner since all fast food restaurants around were closed. Front desk also texted me the information to get my key after hours, so this was very convenient since I was driving.
  : With that being said. Yes, the area is sketchy due to the fact that there are stores and business around, so everything is pretty much gosh town, but that’s Medford at night to be honest. Yes, there are a lot of stains in the carpet. The room and the hotel itself are dated, but soon as I walked into the room I noticed the “work” that was done to the pictures to advertise this place, I don’t know why it has a 8.1 rate, but It definitely shouldn’t be that, probably a 7.1 and I’m being nice. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed, even though I check to make sure it was clean. I decided to stay at this place almost last minute, and with that rating it and free “breakfast” seemed like a good deal because I was just going to sleep for a few hours and then leave, but I honestly should’ve spent $50-$80 more and be able to sleep during the night. I wouldn’t stay here again, not even if it was free.

  : Staff was friendly, our room was clean & smelled like fresh linens! I didn't feel like I needed to clean or sanitize the room which was a huge relief after the last few hotels we stayed in! The extra pillows we asked for were provided!
  : Room wise I think only complaint would be the carpets. They were stained pretty bad. I was disappointed with the coffee... There was only vanilla creamer and sugar for the coffee. I can't have much sugar so it would of been nice to of had some half & half or milk and a sugar free sweetener. (Sweet N Low or Stevia) Consider folks who have diabetes but still enjoy a cup of coffee.
