Sovana Inn Rooms

Convenient Liked: Convenient Disliked: Ac was way to loud and didn’t work properly

Disappointing Liked: Nice guy running the place. Disliked: It's rundown, and there's no way they should be charging that amount. The whole booking's presentation is extremely deceiving.

Exceptional Liked: Best staff ever. Disliked: Na

It served our purpose for... Liked: We had to leave for an event before breakfast was served, so we couldn’t take advantage of that extra feature. It served our purpose and was within our budget. Disliked: TV didn’t work properly, kept losing sound. Traffic was very noisy.

The staff were friendly and... Liked: The staff were friendly Disliked: The hotel is right off a busy street and across from a car wash. It was extremely noisy; you can hear every time a car goes through the car wash, and cars and motorcycles going by all night. I wanted to swim but the pool looked dirty. The TV in the room wouldn't turn all the way off so there was a glow into the room at night which affected my sleeping. The A/C wouldn't run at night; it must have been on a timer which I couldn't cancel (I tried), so it was uncomfortably warm. While the tub, sink and toilet in the bathroom were clean, the walls were covered in dust and hair. Yucky.

Superb

I come to Medford every year for the past 5 years and always stay here. The management is excellent and friendly, rooms Liked: It's quiet.

It was a motel. Liked: Decent value, excellent check in, close to the hospital. Disliked: Structurally needs work, bathroom door knob came off in hand.

Liked: They offer good coffee and breakfast. Disliked: Road noise

Liked: the beds were comfortable and the location was good since winco was across the street. Disliked: breakfest was a let down. i expected better than what was offered. could be improved.

I'll be back. Liked: The facility was clean, size was adequate, location was convenient, on site parking and breakfast was good. Disliked: The room could have been a little darker, but it was okay.

Good

Disappointing

Liked: Always clean and safe. Disliked: Had to wait longer than usual for someone to come and check me in. Office locked when I arrived and had to call number on note on the door. In the past I could always go into office and, if non one there, ring bell and someone came out right away. This time I had to wait and man came from upstairs outside and yawned the whole time he was helping me!

Been staying here for 5 years - will continue to do so. Liked: The location was ok. Initially my daughter and I did not have a room close to each other and she felt uncomfortable the 1st night. We talked to management about it the next morning and he upgraded her at no extra cost to the room next to me. That was amazing!!! Disliked: I am fine with Sovana! I come every year to visit my elderly momma and will continue using Sovana for all my upcoming visits.

TERRIBLE Liked: Nothing Disliked: Cold pool, dirty rooms, outdated (pictures on the internet made it look nice) breakfast in the morning the guy prepping it was still doing it and you could tell he just ran across the street to buy for it said milk was in the fridge and was just a 1/2 gallon container just an overall bad experience $100 security deposit that took 5 days to fine my account.

Very good

If you are looking for clean, safe, basic lodging, this place is perfect. Liked: The room was spotless. An excellent value for the price. It was quiet and comfortable. This was our third stay and we will be back when we travel through Medford again.

Passable

Disliked: very poor parking access to room

The staff was nice but probably won’t be back as there are much better options for nearly the same price Liked: It was decently clean Disliked: The pool was a dirty green mess, brought my swim trunks but it was totally unusable, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable

Comfy stay Liked: 1. Good location 2. Decent breakfast 3. Comfortable bed 4 Quiet location

Very satisfied. One of the... Liked: Although not contemporary, super clean room. Very functional and family friendly. Good Breakfast. Disliked: Earlier start time for Sunday breakfast would be helpful.
